Big Campus with enormous space to take some time to relax. Huge cafeterias with multiple vendors and have some good food!
Cons
Transport policy is genuinely not for employee. They promise employee to provide cab up to 35 kms radius from working location but it's a lie. Working with HCL nearly 4.5 years my home location was in Gurgaon i.e. just near to Delhi-Gurgaon boarder(MG Road) which comes under 35kms radius(33 kms exactly) after providing cab first 2 years they revised their transport policy which states 35 kms would be radius for cab facility(earlier it was 50kms). The distance which was calculated by HCL transport application for first 2 years 33kms from my home was suddenly changed to 38kms. I didn't get this how the distance got changed. Despite of providing screenshot of the distance measured 33kms by HCL application, transport team didn't do anything, even HR was also did nothing. So beware if they ask you to provide cab services upto 35 kms!
