Healthcare is not good for health - Software Engineer HCIactive Employee Review

- I don't Know at what basis I have joined this company. - There is no predefined policy for salary increment. - Senior management use emotional statements to make employees sympathetic towards the company. - Fake promises were made by HCIactive senior management (involves both India and US team). We were informed by senior management, in December 2018 - January 2019 we will get salary hike and promotions rather company has fired 50-60% of employees (from both US and India Team) without any valid reason or notice. - Nobody can trust a company without employment/work ethics. - There is no infrastructure, no work environment and no work culture.
