1yWe were genuinely surprised, and disappointed, to read this review, as it does not reflect the culture, values, or working environment we foster at HCB. We take great pride in having created a supportive and professional workplace where all employees have the opportunity to develop their careers.
Our management team is committed to ensuring that every staff member has the tools and training they need to perform their role effectively. Career progression is not only encouraged but actively supported, with many of our senior staff having worked their way up within the firm through hard work, dedication, and the right mindset.
It is particularly disappointing to see claims that there is a lack of training and opportunity, as this could not be further from the truth. We invest in our employees, providing structured training, mentorship, and clear development pathways for those who wish to progress.
We take workplace culture and employee well-being very seriously. Any suggestions, comments and/or concerns raised by staff are always listened to and addressed appropriately. Our leadership team remains committed to ensuring a positive, professional, and inclusive working environment for all.
We appreciate all feedback and remain open to discussions with any employee who feels their experience has not met their expectations. However, we also stand by our commitment to fairness, transparency, and investing in people who are willing to grow with the firm.
