The company pays well and is in the midst of relatively substantial growth, so there is opportunity to get in while they're still relatively small - positioning yourself to grow with the company as they succeed.
Cons
This was one of the most political work environments I've ever worked in. There are two offices - Austin and Chicago. The Austin office is a particularly toxic environment, where people relish talking about each other more than about the work. There always needs to be a "villain". This mentality comes from the top down as some of the top leaders across finance, digital, and more - are some of the most vindictive. In Chicago, it's a smaller office; unfortunately, the political games of Austin have permeated their ways into Chicago as well. Want to try and move ahead? Make sure you complain about someone else.
