Low pay, it is actually insulting. Minimal negotiation allowed as they don’t compensate for additional licenses/experience. Poor loan assistance. They continually require more paperwork and procedures to be done

Access to resources is good.

This is a very poor organization to work for. There is a disconnect between management and employees and leadership. There is nepotism and many other conflicts of interest in this institution.
