Good for beginners - HSE Officer HBK Engineering Employee Review

Working at HBK has been the best experience ever. Their culture is very much relaxed and trusting. If you're doing what you're supposed to do the managers wont bother you. No micromanaging AT ALL!! I've worked in toxic environments before and after almost three years at HBK, its NEVER been toxic.

Their pay is on the lower side but honestly it doesn't matter because its such a healthy work environment.

Occasional free lunch and breakfast, nice area and building. Good benefits.

Micromanagement, low pay and over worked.
