No one is willing to take responsibility for their poor decision making. No accountability when things go wrong. Lack of Diversity. Poor Leadership. Pay rises aren't applied to your salary, but to your 'bonus' which is seldom paid. Hard work isn't rewarded. High staff attrition rate. "Favourites" have the ear of senior management who will ignore industry experience. Toxic company culture
