      Pros

      Manager level is great, employees really care about the work. Clients are appreciative. Hybrid schedule, good PTO.

      Cons

      Some directors/decision makers out of touch with on the ground work being done, low pay for the difficulty of the job.

      Pros

      Employees get to help clients heal from domestic abuse and other forms of oppression by providing advocacy and support services. It is very fulfilling.

      Cons

      Employees have to deal with a lot of trauma every day and this can take a toll on individuals. Also salaries are not the very best and need to be improved upon.
