Pros

Excellent Pay. Benefits are great. $4 lunch credit/day.

Cons

I've heard people around here talk about how "great our culture is". All I see around here is "this is the way we've always done it". No one wants to change. They're happy with having their one client which was built on a handshake 40 years ago and are oblivious to the fact that they only have ONE CLIENT. This client goes away...the company goes poof just like that. WAY WAY WAY WAY too many meetings in this place. While it is a "9-5" type environment...it's not only encouraged but somewhat expected you take a lot of work home with you. They'll say "oh we don't want you working nights and weekends" but when I spend 95% of my day in meetings, when do I have time to actually DO anything around here. The environment/business processes are overly complicated and I believe for a reason. Job security. Lots of people have been here 10+ years and you can tell they've reached tenure status. Be careful. They'll have a smile on their face and then stab you in the back when you aren't looking.

Pros

Great benefits that start day one, competitive starting pay, flexible work environment, and most of the people are very helpful kind. Leadership is pretty transparent about company changes and initiatives.

Cons

Training and development is a huge area of opportunity. Can be very challenging to get up to speed and confident in your role due to the lack of true training plans and guidance. Good employees that appear to excel in their role are often rewarded with more work (consistently) without additional compensation. Reliable digital resources were often a challenge which led to more manual and inefficient work processes. Limited opportunities for upward mobility.
