Pros
the vibe is not too formal maybe even laidback also no one tries to micromanage – if you do your job, you aren’t bothered much; work-life balance is really good
Cons
serious comunication issues across teams, way to siloed and sadly that leads to time wasted more often than it should. also the company adopted stupid quarterly assessments so it sometimes feels like its transitioning to a corporation a bit (but does not have as good level of organization yet) over 50% people work for less than 2 years. if you add less than 3, its almost 70% so either big growth or serious rotation also quite heavily male-dominated, C-section included
