Pros
Flexible work from home schedule starting at 10am and ends at 7pm. Majority of the team are Gen Z with positive, never die mindset. Their performance are exceptional and it's really enjoyable working with them. Some form of autocracy given to you to decide how you want to execute your work and allows you to try many different things, if you are willing to put in time. It is a good starting point and working here gives you many opportunity to venture out.
Cons
Workload is heavy and, more often than not, there's no time for sufficient lunch break due to unnecessary internal meetings. Some of the people in the team might directly contribute to Singapore top 3 ranking in ' performance work'. Autocratic leadership with leaders who think they know everything. Having a positive mindset is great, but refusing to acknowledge failure and reflecting on what went wrong is just simply sticking the head in the sand. Not sure what the company's direction is as it changes when something new comes along, often led by "friends' request". Having said that, if you are a friend of the management, all things can be done. If communication is a two way street, communication between the management and 'the rest' is a single one direction walkway. Maybe I am just too critical. Just take my words with a pinch of salt. You might have a total different experience.
