They don't pay you the greatest and they offer PTO but only after a year benefits are also horrible. The schedulers are mean and can be really petty. They also continuously talk bad about staff and they won't ever answer the phone. I have been left working triples I know some staff have been forced into working 5 shifts in a row. You can go to upper management but they won't care. They do offer overtime but will work you until you're burnt out then continue to work you and not care. I gave all I had to this company I worked long shifts including triples, worked with the more difficult clients (nonverbal) I've been beaten up by clients and the scheduler still called me lazy and not wanting to work. While she sits behind a desk comfortably
