Pros

Co-worker, Jane Doe, tried to train me for the role she was leaving. Jane Doe and I had a great working relationship.

Cons

The President had no patience for the training process, rude and unprofessional to all employees, and spoke badly about candidates. President's wife worked in the office and showed up maybe once a week looking unprofessional. The president's needs came first. He was hot the AC was lowered. Everyone in the office used foul language. The president wanted you to work to exactly 5:30PM everyday regardless if you arrived early. This is a small company with employees in TX, NC, and CA. All employees were asked to pay for half of their health insurance.

Pros

We are small boutique firm but offer services that far exceed our competitors. Our process and attention to details are what sets us apart. This all stems from our president, Mike Hartz. He is a great leader and truly cares about his employees and candidates. Alison, which is also Mike’s wife, does so much behind the scenes from contracts, to marketing, to travel, to IT, etc... Carol, who is a partner in our Dallas office is fantastic mentor. Everyone works closely with one another and we can all rely on one another. Everyone is very supportive of one another. I feel very blessed to work in a great organization like this and I appreciate all of our clients, candidates and co-workers.

Cons

Quite honestly, I have worked I'm some toxic organizations. Hartz Search is more like a family, which is why I have no cons.
