      -Family orientated -Future thinking management team -Great coworkers and working environment -Engaged and involved owners continually investing into the business and the future of the organization. -High quality products and craftsmanship go into all Hart equipment -Management encourages self and professional improvement and continues learning. -Above average Wages and benefits -Safety orientated and focused -Never a shortage of work always jobs to be completed Overall a excellent place to work and build a career.

      Pros

      I have been working for Hart Design for less than a year and I can say it is a great environment to work. Everyone gets along well and genuinely seems happy to be here. There is an open door policy and the door is always open to discuss whatever is on your mind.

      Cons

      As the company grows, office space and parking are getting tight.

      Pros

      HART is a fantastic company to work for. They are a global leader in the design and manufacturing of equipment solutions for the food and dairy industry. The benefits and compensation are above average. The owners are very caring and do a tremendous amount for their team.

      Cons

      The compnay is very busy and there is no indication of a slow in this trend. Overtime is a fact of life at HART.
