Pros
The people I work with are GREAT. I can't say enough good things about them. Even the boss :) The projects are sometimes very interesting and responsibility is mostly proportional to skill level. This was my first job out of design school and I hit the ground running - in less than 3 years I'm more a senior designer than jr. My title is Senior, but I used jr. because I think my salary is more Jr+. A coworker with more experience gets paid more - even though we basically have the same title...We all wear lots of hats - which i like - I have worked on all of these things: powerpoint decks, ad campaigns, logo design, app design, user research, wireframing, skinning. All the things! It sounds overwhelming - but if you get bored designing one type of thing everyday - this job is perfect.
Cons
There is a lot of work with Microsoft and this is often on a quick timeline - mostly it's a 45 hr week job - but sometimes it's a lot more. Project timelines estimation needs a lot of work. It's in Bellevue. Boo.
