Pros
Good scope to learn and work on new technologies for very specific projects. Work life balance is somewhat ok.
Cons
1. Low salary even for top performers. 2. Mid-senior managers manipulate hike % based on their personal equation and not based on rating/performance appraisals. 3. Mid senior level managers don't even give hike for promotions which happens very rarely and they typically lie to employees saying that no hike associated with promotion even if there are clear policy of providing hike with designation change. This is especially true for IRI.
