Depends on project. Often confused with Harman International which is product based. Harman Connected Services is completely client based and has nothing to do with Harman products like JBL, Kardonn.
Cons
1. Very low pay scale : Ppl with 10 yrs exp are working at 12 lpa here. 2. You are just a resource to them and not an employee. 3. Your manager wont even bother about you as far as billing is coming. 4. No one hears your feedbacks or complaints. Nothing will be considered even if heard. 5. You will be told that you will have to work as the client says no matter what the demand is. 6. You will be working from client office in most cases. 7. In covid situation they have shown their status - deduction in salary, no hikes, leaves deduction, no variable pay.
