Pros
- High turnover rate, so there is frequently room for growth for those that go above and beyond. - Pretty decent pay. - Very supportive management in my experience. - Regular activities and involvement opportunities.
Cons
- High turnover rate, so if you inherit code there's a good chance some of the people that wrote it are no longer there and it may be very outdated. - Most development work done overseas, and the jobs done here is to oversee that work. Very little actual development work done here. - They hire a lot of contractors, which can make it hard to keep regular connections.
