Pros
Prior to Sidney Harman's retirement, it was a pretty good place to work. There was a degree of job security and recognition of one's contributions.
Cons
The new management is destroying the company, especially on the Consumer side. No one in power has had any experience in the Consumer, Pro or Automotive fields. Thousands have been laid off and replacement employees, when hired, never come with any relevant experience. This is not a place to go if you want any job security.
