Pros
-- If you are lucky enough, you will get a good manager who will allow flexible working hours
Cons
-- Kanjoos Facility team and facility is too bad. -- HR team is good for nothing! Fav new joiners will get more hike !! for others they will say , this is more for your exp. -- No good benefits. -- Few crazy teams start working only after lunch and make others work at nights. They will never shift timing to 9 to 6 :) -- Gender biased and fav in terms of promotion and other recognition.
