Pros
1.) Good work life balance 2.) Good learning curve 3.) End to end development experience 4.) Nice managers who are more technical then what i've seen in my career and ver good support from people
Cons
1.) Compensation and Benefits are not that great but not even bad. 2.) Promotion and Carer growth process can be improved. 3.) Not very good on software development processes. 4.) Very less bench strength.No performer will not survive.
