      Exciting product line; strong technical skill (particularly audio); great onboarding process; majority of the organization embraces values of trust, transparency, respect.

      Cons

      Some leaders are hindering the effort to build a trust culture at Harman. Serious gaps in transparency and feedback in places. HR is weak and ineffective once the employee is onboard.
