      Pros

      Good food and tasty cakes

      Cons

      Food is not free to employees, wasteful and throw out perfectly good cake and food that isn't sold instead of letting employees take it home. You will have to alter your entire appearance just for the sake of minimum wage (no piercings, dyed hair, painted nails,). Too much hassle for crumbs

      Pros

      Very flexible, managers are very respectful of your availability. No experience needed as they teach you on the job. Coworkers are friendly and helpful

      there isn't alot of opportunity to really grow and move up with the company
