• Fun, high-energy work environment • Great coworkers • Flexible work schedule • Looks great on the resume

• Minimum wage with little room for growth • Basically impossible to receive a raise, senior management will almost always deny you • Cannot receive a promotion unless a manager is fired or quits • High turnover rate leads to poor staffing • Poor staffing on high traffic days can be very taxing • Inconsistent and mostly low hours per week unless you're quick to pick up other peoples' shifts • Basically no benefits (The health insurance is not worth paying for) • Senior and middle management are poorly organized and low-level employees suffer for it
