Pros

I like their mission and I appreciate what they do. Most of the people working there are nice enough people.

Cons

I don't know about others, but I didn't have much of a good experience. I'm sure there are others who agree with me. Why do you think so many people have come and gone over the past few years? Management is poor, except for a few. My managers had high, unrealistic expectations of me. They expected me to master everything when I've only had five days of training. I did the best I could to cover a maternity leave, yet I still failed. There was one employee in particular I did not like. She worked upstairs and called me a bad name. I never complained about her. I was just glad to leave that place two years ago. I only lasted for about a month.
