Micromanaging supervisor. Supervisor is only kind to you if you agree to their opinion and praise their every move. Supervisor wants you to do every single task in the building even if its not apart of your job role and hides it in the job application by writing “and whatever the supervisor may ask of you” Dress code is very specific, No graphic prints on tshirt and no words on shirt even if its work appropriate. Pay is VERY small as it is a non-profit corporation so just be expecting that if you work for a non-profit.
