Honestly, very few. As with any fast‑paced legal environment, there are busy periods, but the support from the team makes it manageable.

Very flexible working arrangements that suit family life well. Work from home saves a lot of commuting time and helps maintain a good work-life balance. Colleagues are approachable, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes settling in as a new starter much easier.

The office is quite far from where I live, so I don’t get many opportunities to meet colleagues in person. This can make it harder to build face-to-face connections, although most people work remotely anyway.
