      Some really nice people that should probably leave. Decent work /life balance for some

      Cons

      Benefits are an atrocity. Worst I've seen in the industry. Accounts aren't staffed properly. No annual raises or bonuses. A lot like high school so if you're not in with the cool kids, nothing great comes your way.

      This was the Madison office, It was absolutely shocking how I saw people treated.
