The leadership are invested in those those that are invested in themselves, and even some who are not. The team of leaders this company has focused on getting the right people on the bus in the right seats. There is an intentional focus in getting someone in a position that they can thrive in.
Cons
It's work. You have to get up and go to the office in the morning. It's not really a con, anymore than any other career. I believe that the benefits and the feeling I get when working here, out weigh the problems that you face at any job.
