Pros
Really not many pros. They give you a lunch per month during busy season, a survivor dinner following tax season and a staff picnic in the summer and they give $50 to new hires towards company logo clothing. Hybrid work environment.
Cons
Not given the necessary resources or training that I needed to succeed. Lots of nepotism, everyone seems to be related to everyone else. Management does not follow their core values despite having them posted on the company website and on signage throughout the office. I was set up to fail. I repeatedly asked for access to their software and applications and training to use programs I needed but I was not given anything as everyone was always "too busy". Health insurance is not good and expensive. My position was outsourced after a year as a "cost saving business decision and not based on my performance".
