As for Spotify, our IT team works diligently to keep our systems running efficiently and try to limit disruptions to the bandwidth, (especially since now so many network applications are cloud-based) therefore, many online streaming services do not work over Wi-Fi. As an alternative, perhaps you can consider listening to downloaded music or using the service through a data plan. Hope that works for you!
