      Pros

      I started here as an intern about a year ago and will be starting full time this Monday. I love the company culture here and the overall atmosphere. For me, my experience as an intern was great. H2M really goes out of there way to ensure a great internship experience. They try to involve interns on real project work as much as possible and provide help and feedback with everything they do. They're not going to make an intern simply scan all day (as an intern you may be asked to scan every now and then when there is nothing else for you to do, but this is rare). This experience has ultimately led me to deciding to stay and I can't wait to get started

      Pros

      Great exposure to what a daily life of a mechanical engineer is like. You really get that hands on experience with each project, understanding what your role and tasks would be.

      Cons

      Not much to be honest, the company is very social and theres a lot of opportunities if you put the work in.
