      - Competitive pay - Benefits - Nights, weekends, holidays off

      Cons

      Work culture is drinking and talking about others when they aren't there to defend themselves. Certain employees are held at different standards than others. Extremely high turnover rate. They "run lean" so expect to do the jobs of more than one person.

      You get to see so many sides of the industry from leasing, resident communications, marketing, and more. We have a fun work environment with many like-minded people who work hard. Everyone is happy to help others do what needs to be done to keep everything running smoothly!

      There are occasionally stressful periods of work when things are busy.

      flexible hours, fun work environment, the highest pay in the local industry, pretty good PTO, and benefits. The location is fantastic, and you feel that you really make a difference in the local community and in Birmingham

      H2 is a small business, so employees are often given more work and responsibility, and this can lead to burnout and frustration.
