Pros
This is one of the few companies I have ever worked for in a corporate structure that I have regular contact and communication with both my District Manager as well as my Regional VP. Both are incredibly down to earth and approchable.
In my opinion, I think this company has a great culture that cares about their employees. That is not to say that everything is perfect, but in my case, I certainly do not feel like just a number.
Cons
As is trypically the case in a corporate structure, anything that gets done has to go through lots of layers and so takes a while. The joke is that things move at corporate speed.
