      Pros

      Peers were wonderful! Very comfortable with the working environment. Very knowledgeable staff except when they upset the leadership in the smallest ways.

      Cons

      As an IT professional I've never seen a company which just insisted on putting the proverbial square peg in a round hole. There was no innovation in IT. If you don't tow the company line they will fire you and claim you didn't meet the expectations. 5 in the past 1.5 years. The employees have no defense. The corporate environment is horrible. There are a bunch of preppy 20 somethings who are offended by everything. There was absolutely no training on the IT governance until you did something that upset the status quo.

      Pros

      This is one of the few companies I have ever worked for in a corporate structure that I have regular contact and communication with both my District Manager as well as my Regional VP. Both are incredibly down to earth and approchable. In my opinion, I think this company has a great culture that cares about their employees. That is not to say that everything is perfect, but in my case, I certainly do not feel like just a number.

      Cons

      As is trypically the case in a corporate structure, anything that gets done has to go through lots of layers and so takes a while. The joke is that things move at corporate speed.
