      Overtime pays money! Free snacks! Decent insurance.

      Cons

      90 hours a week Only 14 an hour after doing 5 people's jobs with no failure every night for years. Stagnant wages Terrible management (they harass you, belittle, threaten to harm) I could go on for hours.
