      A lot of courses and a great place to work! Good payment if you have good clients to buy from you. The company know how to treat you well.

      Cons

      Good payment but you must to have or creat (with time) some clients for you.

      Pros

      Excellent company. Promoted women years before other corporations were doing so. Excellent salary and benefits!

      Cons

      The company had very little openings to transfer within the United States. The majority of stores are world-wide outside of USA.

      I enjoyed the working environment. Very nice and supportive coworkers. Good benefits and decent hours,

      Cons

      Not having a base salary makes it very hard to know how much you will be making.The worst scenario is when you have a bad month and do not cover your draw. It rolls over and you owe the company money.
