Good benefits, job security, some good people. Laid back environment. Owner of the company is a great guy!
Cons
Some rude people. Lack of communication. Treated better if friends or family. Dont appreciate or respect half the employees. Good work looked over. Bad work immediately pointed out. You do for them but they won't do for you.
