      Getting the salary on time, flexibility, training and knowledge-centric, encouraging employees to get training, bonuses (if it suites them and the money is rolling in).

      Cons

      disregarding overachievers, family company, mismanagement in depts, no over time, feeling afraid to ask for your rights, management can be biased.
