Good company, present management sucks - Operator H.B. Fuller Employee Review

Absolutely terrible plant management. Plant management has surrounded himself with high paid do nothing engineers that screw stuff up and suck money. But worse is the supposed manufacturing management, which is spiteful and vengeful if your not 100% on their side. They are full of themselves, and that is funny since they has no clue how manufacturing works here. There never on the floor and knows nothing about anything, but covers it up by being extra cruel in their people management. On top of that we had to cut back from 7 days to 5 since their management has been "so good". Lost so much business.
