Pros
H B Fuller is full of friendly and fun people. There is always a laugh to be had. Management does not micomanage.
Cons
HB Fuller makes a point of talking about the opportunity for professional development, but it must be entirely employee driven. Customer Service at HB Fuller is about metrics. Taking on additional responsibilities and projects does not play into consideration for promotion. Management is friendly, but their purpose is to reduce employee turn over.
