      Pros

      Manufacturing facility is a great place to work. 10 hour work days with overtime after 40 hours is appreciated. It's a clean environment compared with other places I have worked and there is a really good dynamic between all the employees and management

      Cons

      Benefits are behind most other places. Pay is below average too

      As a small company Gyptech requires its employees to be flexible and perform cross department rolls. This will give great experience and make a well rounded employee.

      Cons

      Career development can be a long process since most roles are not formally defined.
