      Pros

      Nice colleagues and free parking.

      Cons

      They got audited for an 800k grant from SR&ED. The audit was scheduled for May 30. Knowing that, they started creating fake deadlines for some big made-up release in July and also promised pay raises to all of us. As soon as they made sure the audit went well, they laid off everybody. Other problems I noticed: 1- Low pay 2- Working on weekends 3- Overly completed platform/app. They should have started with something simpler. 4- Lacks management transparency.

      Pros

      Fun young office environment Flexible working hours Cool company culture Monthly lunch and learns (free lunch and seminar) I really did enjoy my time with them. It's a great entry level place to work.

      Cons

      Relatively low pay with little room to grow or expand Inexperienced management Had to be available to work weekends High delivery expectations for a small user base Loud open office environment Poor management communication
