      Pay review process is non existent & yearly performance objectives seem to have no real impact on anything. Due to the company growing so quickly, young & inexperienced senior managers are a running theme across most departments

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
