Gymshark does not have a strong leadership team with a concrete plan. This reflects throughout all levels with constantly changing plans and lack of communication. Majority of leadership is either friends or family and don’t necessarily have the experience or knowledge to be in the roles they are in. A lot of decisions are made from gut feeling over data. On top of this they have done multiple rounds of layoffs and closing offices due to poor planning.
