      Pros

      Fast-paced working environment with lots of change, with the company expanding so quickly there's a lot of opportunities internally. I've never worked somewhere where people have been so friendly, and it's great to work mostly with people my own age.

      Cons

      Although large company wide changes are shared we'll, more minor updates are not always communicated as promptly.

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
