      Pros

      As a company they are very transparent, always supporting you to grow within your career, have made such a point with checking in on you whilst working from home this being mentally and even how your workspace is set up. I feel like they are a very understand business to work for and you can build a great relationship with you managers and collegues.

      Cons

      If I'm honest I can't think of any, I really do enjoy the place I work for and never get that 'Monday Blue' feeling.

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
