Pros
A very culture driven company. Gymshark goes the extra mile to make sure that you have everything you need to be happy and healthy. Everyone in the company is very personable so you can feel comfortable speaking to the CEO the same way you speak to your teammates. You're constantly encouraged to chase your purpose which really speaks to their core values,
Cons
Not really a con, but the company is growing so fast that there's not yet a person hired for every single task. If you're a person that just waits to be told what to do then this is not the place for you. Employees who succeed the most are the ones that are self-starters and are not afraid to take on something themselves.
