I love it here! - Customer Support Executive Gymshark Employee Review

I've never worked at a company like this before. Every single person that works there is intelligent, interesting and genuinely cares about each other. The CEO and management don't feel like CEO or management. There's no real sense of hierarchy or certain roles being valued over others. Everyone in the company has a say and everyone's input is taken on board. There's a genuine concern for the welfare of the staff and there's nothing you'd feel uncomfortable sharing out of fear of judgement - it just doesn't happen here. It's quite hard to describe until you come to work here, but I've never felt more valued, supported or inspired in your working life.
