I am deeply disappointed with the management of this company. It’s evident that employee welfare is not a priority here. There’s little to no support for staff when concerns are raised, and management seems more focused on cutting costs than ensuring a healthy work environment.

Free gym , friendly colleagues (some) , not much work to do

Cons

Management is toxic and pay increment in promotion is so low. After merger, new management have no structure or good plans for company. No bonus, No OT pay, No increment.
